Eddie Benson, PE
Born in Utqiagvik, Alaska, I first came to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University. During my time there, I met my wife and quickly fell in love with the Inland Northwest, a place I'm now proud to call home. Over 12 years later, I founded North Frame Engineering to provide structural engineering services to this community and beyond.
My passion for buildings stems from growing up in a family of contractors. From early on, I gained invaluable hands-on experience assisting with the construction of a variety of projects, including homes, hotels, offices, and bed and breakfasts. This "free labor" experience instilled in me a deep respect for the construction process and ultimately fueled my desire to pursue a career in this industry. Today, I draw upon those early experiences and my professional engineering knowledge to deliver practical and effective structural engineering design services through North Frame Engineering.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time outdoors with my family. My hobbies include golf, fishing, hunting, hiking, basketball, and motorcycle riding. My wife, our two daughters, and I are happy to call Spokane home.
